Chrome doesn't even have to be good, it just has to be slightly better than the alternative, and for a long time, Internet Explorer was the only alternative available

A close second, though, is the Sidebar feature, which acts like a second bookmarks bar on the periphery of your window

If you're looking for a solid Chrome alternative I'd definitely recommend giving Edge a try
